David on his first birthday with of picture of him from the day he was born
Looking through pictures of David of the past year it’s hard to process. It’s amazing how much he has grown and developed and how much his/our lives have changed. And yet more than anything I’m overwhelmed with how amazing, good and faithful God has been and how blessed we are. It’s hard to believe that we went from having David 6 weeks early in the middle of the mountains to him being in an incredible world class hospital to the middle of the African bush. It doesn’t seem like all of that should fit together into one lifetime let alone one year and yet our amazing God has pieced it all together.
